RESOLUTION NO. 30-81
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 6th day of January, 1981, declare that an emergency existed to pro-_.
vide the sum of $73.02, for the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension
Service, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, January 12, 1981,
at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legal news-
paper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing was he d at the time and place set for said
hearing, and no objection or obje tion was interposed; now
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERE , by the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners, that the County Treasure be, and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer the amount f $73.02, from the unencumbered 501
Current Expense fund balance into the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension
Service budget for 1980.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, hat the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $73.02 in the following BARS accounts:
