RESOLUTION NO. 37-81
APPOINTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners has
previously designated the Mental Health Professionals for Jefferson County
as defined by RCW 71.05.020(11); and
WHEREAS, staff changes within Jefferson County's Mental Health
Department necessitates reappointment of Mental Health Professionals to
deal with cases of actual and potential involuntary commitments under the
Mental Illness Act; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
that Resolution No. 21-80 be ammended to show the designation of the
following persons as the Mental Health Professionals for Jefferson County
under RCW 71.05:
Steven Simon, M.A.
Annemarie Mende, M.S.W.
Ruffin LeBrane, M.S.
Judy Van Auken, M.S.W.
Ginger Barrett, M.S.W.
Bonnie Geer1ofs, M.A.

Mental Health Professionals for purposes of fulfilling RCW 71.05 regard-
ing Involuntary Treatment of mentally ill persons.
We would like Bonnie Geer1ofs, M.A., added to the list arrl Michael Beers,
M.S.W., deleted from the list effective imrediate1y. We have personnel
records arrl an errq:>loyment application on Ms. Geer10fs should you wish
to review same.
For your information, this change will make the following an accurate
