ORDER TO VACATE

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 22-81, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Alma Street in Ironda1e
commencing at the Westerly boundary of
Lot 38, Block 1, Cha1mer's First Addi-
tion to Ironda1e, thence East to the
East line of Section 3, TWP 29N, Range
1 W.W.M. being 50 Feet in width and 245
Feet, more or less, in length;
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
