RESOLUTION NO. 43-81
ORDER TO VACATE
report and the County Planning Department's report with
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Daryl F. Hedman, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now On file herein and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That Alley within Block 29 of the
Chalmers 2nd Addition to Ironda1e
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from compen-
sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication,
and reco;r-,q,ing.
