This matter coming to be heard

report and the County Planning Department's report with
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Kenneth I. & Ruth B. Nelson and Arthur E. Freeman, and it appearing
to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof
of such posting and publication being now on file herein and said Board
having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises
does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by the
vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Enterprise Avenue between 7th Street and
5th Street; 6th Street between Blocks 23
and ~4 and between Lot 1, Block 33, and
Lot 6, Block 24; 5th Street between the
North Plat boundary and that vacated
portion between Block 24 and the Plat of
Discovery Bay Village; the Alleys within
Block 23, 24, and 34; Lots 1 through 12,
Block 23; Lots 1 through 12, Block 24;
Lots 1 through 5, Block 33; and Lots 1
through 12, Block 34, all within the
Plat of Junction City, Section 13, Town-
ship 29 North, Range 2 West, W.M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exampt from Compen-
sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication,
