RESOLUTION NO. 52-81
ORDER TO VACATE
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation, set forth in Resolution No. 8-81, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein; and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of the Coyle Road, County
Road No. 16, lying in Section 4, T.25N,
R. 1W. described as follows:
Beginning at the westerly margin of the
Donald Road, County Road No. 16-18, (M.
P. 18.58) thence westerly to a line
parallel and 1015.00 feet East (M.P. 18.
.95) the Section line between the West
quarter corner and the North West corner
of said Section 4, Township 25 North,
Range 1 West W.M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
