RESOLUTION NO. 56-81
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION -SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 12th day of May, 1981, declare that an emergency existed to provide
the sum of $13072.10, for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, and
set a hearing on said emergency for Tuesday, May 26, 1981, at the hour of
10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legal news-
paper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered to
transfer the amount of $13072.10 from the enencumbered 501 Current Expense
fund balance into the Jefferson County Sheriff's budget for 1981.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $13072.10 in the BARS accounts as per
attached budget sheet.
ORDERED this 26th day of May, 1981.
