RESOLUTION NO. 64-81
CANCELLATION OF UNCLAIMED WARRANTS
WHEREAS, pursuhnt to RCW 36.22.100, registered or interest
I
bearing county warrants þot presented within one year of the date of their
call, and all other county warrants not presented within one year of the
date of their issue sha1~ be cancelled by the legislative authority of the
county;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,

Jefferson County, that the following warrants specified below be cancelled
in compliance with the aþove noted RCW, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor and Treasurer shall
cancel all record of such warrant so as to leave the funds as if such
warrant had never been dtawn:
