RESOLUTION NO. 65-81
DISTRIBUTION OF 1981 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT TAX
This Board of County Commissioners having been advised by the
County Treasurer of the receipt of a state warrant in the amount of
$9,563.84 in payment of the 1981 Public Utility District Privilege Tax
distributed by the Department of Revenue under the provisions of RCW 54.28
.050; now, therefore,
Pursuant to the authority granted Boards of County Commissioners
under Section .090 of said Title, the County Treasurer shall deposit said
remittance of $9,563.84 to the credit of the following taxing districts,
as follows:
To School District No. 20 General Fund 17~
percent of the whole thereof;
To School District No. 46 General Fund 17~
percent of the whole thereof;
To the Jefferson County Current Expense
Fund 65 percent of the whole thereof.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this ~~~day of June, 1981.
