RESOLUTION NO. 67-81
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Kenneth M. Brooks, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDER THAT:
All those portions of County Right-of-Way No. 16
(established August 9, 1~75 a.nd Novembe:r:: 6, 1886)
within the west half of the southeast quarter of
Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W.M.¡
and that portion of County Right-of-Way No. 60
(established September 3, 1905) within the west
half of the southeast quarter of Section 31, Town-
ship 29 North, Range 1 West, W.M. and lying north-
west1y of a point 278 feet, more or less, bearing
north 60· west from a point 807 feet north of the
southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of said section
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from compen-

sation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication,
and recording.
