RESOLUTION NO. 68-81
BUDGET TRANSFER - COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Service has
expressed the need to adjust their 1981 Budget of Expenditures due to unan-
ticipated costs for printing and copying which has created a deficit in their
operating supplies category; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other categories
within their budget to allow the requested transfer; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfers:

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The purpose of this letter is to request transfer of funds within
expenditure categories of the Cooperative Extension Budget.
Increase in programs and newsletter distribution resulting from
two agent staffing has created unanticipated costs for printing
and copying which has created a deficit in our operating supplies
category.
I am requesting the following transfers to cover this deficit:
Transfer $500 from Machinery and Equipment--64 to
Operating Supplies--22
Transfer $192 from 11-04--Part Time Secretary to
Operating Supplies--22.
