RESOLUTION NO, 76-81
EMERGENCY BRIDGE CHANNEL WORK
WHEREAS, the Rock Creek Bridge piling is being exposed due to
undercutting by scouring, thereby endangering the bridge structure, and
WHEREAS, the loss of the bridge could result by the delay
incurred in calling for bids, and
WHEREAS, the continued use of the bridge is imperative to pro-
vide access for local residents and travelers to the Rain Forest Camp,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized and ordered to use locally available private contract along
with county forces to complete the work as quickly as possible,

costs to be paid from the cointy Road Maintenance account,
