RESOLUTION NO. 81-81
INTENT TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD
SENTINEL FIRS ROAD
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of
Jefferson County Commissioners that it is in the public interest to estab-
1ish and maintain as a part of the County Road System:
A tract of land 60 feet wide, being 30 feet in width
on each side of the following described center line
Sentinel Firs Road Improvement District No. 2 as
surveyed and located over and across the SE~ of the
SW~ and the SW~ of the SE~ all lying West of the Oak
Bay County Road;
and in contemplation of the language of RCW 36.81.010, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners does now
declare its intention to establish the Sentinel Firs Road in accordance
with the Sentinel Firs Road Improvement District No.2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this
county road should be established; whether it will be advisable to preserve
said road for the County Road System in the future; whether the public will
be benefited by the proposed establishment, and all other facts, matters,
and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report
be filed as soon as possible.
