RESOLUTION NO. 87-81
..
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - BOARD OF COUNTY CO~1ISSIONERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 21st day of July, 1981, declare that an emergency
existed to provide the sum of $1,500.00 for the Jefferson County Board of
County Commissioners' Budget, and set a hearing on said emergency for
Monday, August 3, 1981 at the hour of 10:45 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legal news-
paper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered
to transfer the amount of $1,500.00 from the unencumbered 501 Current
Expense fund balance into the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners'
Budget for 1981.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the Oounty Auditor is hereby authorized
to include the said amount of $1,500.00 in the County Board of Commissioners'
Budget as follows:
511.60.32 Postage and Telephone $1,500.00
