RESOLUTION NO. 91-81
ORDER TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY ROAD
SENTINAL FIRS ROAD
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report and the County Planning Department's report with respect
to Resolution No. 81-81, "Intent to Establish a County Road", submitted by
the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and pub-
lication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine
that the public will be benefited by the establishment as a part of the
County Road System:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PÆSOL\ŒD, and it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
That road known as the Sentinel Firs Road, a
tract of land 60 feet wide, being 30 feet in
width on each side of the following described
center line: Sentinel Firs Road Improvement
District No. 2 as surveyed and located over
and across the SE~ of the SW~ and the SW~ of
the SE~ all lying West of the Oak Bay County
Road,
be and the same are hereby established.
