RESOLUTION NO. 95-81
ESTABLISHMENT OF REVOLVING FUND
WEST JEFFERSON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, that in order to
conduct the affairs of the West Jefferson County District Court in a prompt
and orderly manner it appears necessary that a Revolving Fund be established
in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00), and
WHEREAS, such authority was not included in the Budget of Jefferson
County for calendar year 1981, and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists, which could not have
been reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of said budget,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners,
Jefferson County, Washington, that the aforementioned facts constitute an
emergency, and that the estimated amount of funds to be appropriated to
meet such emergency is thirty dollars ($30.00);
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and the County Treasurer is hereby
authorized to appropriate and charge to the County Distrîct Court Expense
Fund (501 Unexpended Fund Account) the said sum of thirty dollars ($30.00);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs, this resolution shall be in force and take effect without
further notice or hea~~
