RESOLUTION NO. 108-81
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - J.C. CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners did,
on the 14th day of September, 1981, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $10,000.00 for the extension of the J.C. Construction
and Renovation Fund due to said amount being received as prepayment of
lease from Public Utility District No.1, and set a hearing on said
emergency for the 28th day of September, 1981, at the hour of 10:30a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no oþjection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer the
amount of $10,000.00 from the unencumbered 501 Current Expense Fund balance
into the Jefferson County Construction and Renovation budget for 1981.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby author i-
zed to include the said amount of $10,000.00 in the J.C. Construction and
Renovation Budget for 1981 under BARS account 519.50.60.
ORDERED this ~ day of September, 1981.
