RESOLUTION NO. 111-81
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commisssioners, Jefferson Co~nty,
Washington, did, on the 21st day of September, 1981, declare that an
emergency existed to provide the sum of $1,969.89 for the Revenue Snaring
Fund and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, October 5, 1981', at
the hour of 10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legaL news-
paper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Co~is-
sioners, that the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized to deposit the
warrant received from the Jefferson County Transit Authority in the ,amount
of $1,969.89 into the Revenue Sharing Fund.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby authori-
zed to include the said amount of $1,969.89 in the Revenue Sharing Fund
under BARS account no. 501 Unencumbered Balance.
ORDERED this 5tf:Á day of October, 1981.
