The Department of Public Works has studied the Gardiner Beach
Road and recommends that it be made one way westbound from the
boat ramp to the Rondelay Road for the following reasons:
1) The existing roadways narrow width;
2) Poor sight distance due to numerous obstructions along
roadway edge;
3) Best option agreed upon by local residents and Board of
County Commissioners at public hearing;
4) Least costly to County of all options considered.
