RESOLUTION fO,
ESTABLISHING TRUST FþND
HOUSING REHABILITATIION
127-81
FOR DEPOSIT OF
LOAN PAYMENTS
WHEREAS, Jefferson County rþceived grants from the Community
I
Development Block Grant Program of th~ Department of Housing and Urban
Development in 1978 and 1980 to provibe housing rehabilitation loans to
I
low and moderate-income families in J~fferson County, Clallam County
i
and the Cities of Port Townsend, Sequ~m and Port Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Rehabi~itation Program has completed its
I
active construction phase and Jeffersþn County now only needs to con-
I
tinue to service the loans until they are paid in full; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County w~ll collect loan payments through
a contract with the Clallam-Jeffersonl County Community Action Council,
Inc., in trust for the participating þunicipalities listed above, and
will distribute said payments to the ~unicipalities following their
i
submission of, and the Jefferson Coun~y Board of Commissioners' approval

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ~hat the Jefferson County Board of
I
Commissioners authorizes and instructþ the Jefferson County Treasurer
to establish and maintain a trust funþ for the purpose of depositing
said loan payments until they are fully collected and distributed,
