RESOLUTION NO, 128-81
HEARING NOTICE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO PAY P.U,D, ASSESSMENT
GARDINER WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Jefferson County owns land within the boundaries of
the Gardiner Water District designated as Parcel 002331014, S33, T30,
R2W.O,60A, Tax 8 and Parcel 002342030, S34, T30, R2W.0.82A, Tax 1; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Filing for Collection of Final Assessment
Roll of Local Utility District No, 1 has been r ceived from P.U,D. No.1
assessing the County $2,467.99 for Parcel 00233 014 and $1,716.21 for
Parcel 002342030 and these funds were not approriated in the 1981
Budget; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of J fferson County Commis-
sioners that a need and emergency exists that w s not foreseen or con-
templated at the time of making the budget for 981, and the sum of
$4,184.20 is necessary to meet such need and em rgency and is for the
best interests of Jefferson County that the app opriation be made; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an em rgency is hereby delcared,
that an appropriation be made for Jefferson Cou ty payment of said
assessments in the amount of $4,184,20; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public
emergency appropriation and that said hearing b
