TO DEED ROADS AND EASEMENTS WITHIN L MITS OF SR104
TO THE STATE OF WASHINGT N
RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, in the improvement of SRI04, Shine 0 Termination Point by the
State of Washington, Department of Transportation, i is necessary and advisable
for the State of Washington to acquire title to all R àDS and EASEMENTS, recorded
and unrecorded, rights and appurtenances thereto, 1 cated within the limits of
said highway.
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, it appears to the said Board th t it will be in the best
interest of both Jefferson County and the State of Washington that Jefferson
County convey said Roads and Easements to the State f Washington by quit claim
deed for a consideration of mutural benefits¡
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESqLVED by the Boar of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, Washington that Jefferson Count in accordance with RCW
47.12.040 and through its Board of County Commission rs to deliver said deed to
the State of Washington~ Department of Transportatio .
