BUDGET APPROPRIATION - FUNDS TO PAY P.U.D.
ASSESSMENT GARDINER WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board f County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did on the 2nd day of 1981, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $4,184,20 to pay the P,U,D, No, 1 final assess-
ment for the County owned par els within the boundaries of
Water District (Parcel 002331 14, S33, T30, R2W,O.60A, Tax
Parcel 002342030, S34, T30, R2W,O,82A, Tax 1: $1,716.21),
hearing on said emergency for Monday, November 16, 1981 at
