RESOLU ION NO. 135-81
HEARING NOTICE
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - EQUIPMENT RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund
has insufficient funds in their 1981 Budget of Expenditures to cover
additional expenditures in the amount of $277,000.00, which was not
anticipated at the time of pre aring their budget; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
that a need and emergency exists as could not have been foreseen or contem-
plated at the time of making t e budget for 1981, and the sum of $277,000.00
is necessary to meet such need and emergency and is for the best interests
of Jefferson County that the a propriation be made;
THEREFORE, BE IT RES LVED, that an emergency is hereby declared,
that an appropriation be made for the Jefferson County Equipment Rental &
Revolving Fund in the amount of $277,000.00, to be appropriated from the
Equipment Rental & Revolving

No. 501, unencumbered balance.
that a public hearing be held on said
