RESOLUTION NO, 136-81
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION - HISTORICAL SOCIETY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did on the 9th day of November, 1981, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $270.00 for the Jefferson County Historical
Society, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, November 23, 1981
at the hour of 10:30 a,m.; and
\~EREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the legal
newspaper for Jefferson County as required by law; and
WHEREAS, hearing was held at the time and place set for said
hearing, and no objection or objection was interposed; now
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered to transfer the amount of $270,00 from the unencumbered 501
Current Expense fund balance into the Jefferson County Historical Society
budget for 1981,
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to include the said amount of $270.00 in the following BARS
account:
