ORDER - BUDGET APPROPRIATION
EQUIPMENT RENTAL & REVOLVING FUND

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 17th day of November, 1981, declare that an
emergency existed to provide the sum of $277,000.00 for the Jefferson
County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund, and set a hearing on said
emergency for Wednesday, November 25,1981 at the hour of 1:30 p.m,; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hering, and
no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized
and empowered, to transfer the amount of $277,000,00 from Equipment
Rental & Revolving Fund No. 501, unencumbered balance, into the Jefferson
County Rental & Revolving Fund Budget for 1981.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to include the said amount of $277,000.00 in the Jefferson
County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund Budget for 1981 as follows:
