RESOLUTION NO. 142-81
BUDGET TRANSFER - COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Road Department has requested
budget transfers in order to balance their 1981 Budget of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in the Federal Forest
Reserve Fund to allow the requested transfers; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to transfer the sum of $400,000 from the Federal Forest Reserve
Fund No. 808 to the County Road Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to make transfers as follows:
