RESOLUTION NO. 160-81
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - COUNTY.FAIR

,
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners
did, on the 14th day of December, 1981, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $2,500.00 for the County Fair Capital Outlay,
Building budget due to expenditures not anticipated at the time of pre-
paring the 1981 budget, and set a hearing on said emergency for the
28th day of December, 1981, at the hour of 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection interposed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners,
that the County Auditor is hereby authorized to include the said amount
of $2,500,00 County Fair Capital Outlay, Building, 573,70,62, budget and
deduct said amount from the County Fair Unencumbered Funds, 501,00.

Dear Sirs,
Because of increased costs not anticipated at the time that
the 1981 budget was made we are requesting a budgcet appropriation
in the amount of $2500.00. These monies are to be transferred from
our reserves. Currently the budget for Buildings will be approx-
imately $36000 where '30000 had been budgeted. However, budget
transfers plus the budget appropriation should assure us of
completing th~ year on a sound financial basis.
