RESO~UTION NO. 159-81
DISBURSEMENT OF FIEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF C@UNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING THE BALANCE OF FEDERAL FOREST
RESERVE MONIES RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1981
(25% of total year)
WHEREAS, the Jeffersøn County Treasurer is in receipt of the
sum of three hundred, forty-on¢ thousand, two hundred, eighty-four
dollars and sixty-four cents ($341,284.64) from the State Auditor of
the State of Washington, repre$enting the balance (25%) of this County's
distributive share of Federal torest Reserve Revenues apportioned by the
U,S. Department of Agricu1tureiduring the calendar year 1981 and pur-
suant to the statute of the St.te of Washington in such cases made and
provided it is now the duty of¡the Board of Jefferson County Commis-
sioners to make the proper disposition thereof; and
WHEREAS, this Board ?f County Commissioners has given careful
consideration to the needs of the County Road System and their necessary
administrative requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT! RESOLVED, and this Board of County
Commissioners does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion
said sum of $341,284,64 as fo1tows:
To the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the
maintenanc~ and construction of
County roa~s during the year
1982 the sum of $341,284.64 to
be transfetred into 1360.100,
County Roads, on January 2, 1982,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED! this J.JY'ffi day of December, 1982.
