H:ßARING NOTICE
PROPOSED! BUDGET APPROPRIATION
DISTRICE COURT
WHEREAS, the Jeffersop County District Court has insufficient
funds in their 1981 Budget of E~penditures to cover costs in the amount of

$3,000 which were not anticipatfd at the time of preparing their budget;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
that a need and emergency exists as could not have been foreseen or contem-
I
plated at the time of making th~ budget for 1981, and the sum of $3,000 is
necessary to meet such need andlemergency and is for the best interest of
,
Jefferson County thàt the approfriation be made;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED, that an emergency is hereby declared,
that an appropriation be made fbr the Jefferson County District Court in the
amount of $3,000 to cover costs incurred in the expansion of their office
space.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on the said
emergency appropriation and tha~ said hearing be held in the County Commis-
sioners' Chambers, Courthouse, port Townsend, Washington, on the 11th day
i
of January, 1982, at the hour o~ 10:30a.m., and that notice of said hearing
be published in the official ne¥spaper of Jefferson County, and that at said
hearing any interested taxpayer! may appear and be heard for or against the
appropriation for such alleged ~mergency.
