ORDER TO COUNTY AUDITOR & TREASURER
BUDGET FUND CHANGES
WHEREAS, Fund No. 002, Jefferson County Courthouse Cumulative
Equipment Fund, is no longer necessary as a separate fund,
WE HEREBY RESOLVE, that Fund No. 002, Jefferson. County Courthouse
Cumulative Equipment Fund balance of $25,336.01 is to be transferred to
Fund No. 502, Jefferson County Central Services, for the same use and
purpose of Resolution No. 30-73, attached hereto, which originally estab-
lished

RESOLUTION NO. 3(.>-73
ESTABLISHING A
CUMUIATIVE RESERVE FUND
WHEREAS I according to the Laws of the State of Washington, and in
particular RoC 0 W 0 36033.020, Jefferson County Commissioners are authorized to
establish a Cumulative Reserve Fund to be used as a Courthouse Cumulative Re-
volving Equipment Fund for the purchase of replacement equipment and machines
used in Current Expense Fund office operations 0
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
of JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that there be and hereby is created a
JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE CUMUIATIVE REVOLVING EQUIPMENT FUND 0
1. Initial $25,000.00 to be transferred from Federal Reve1lUe Sharing
~rust Account to establish separate warrant account to be called
JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE CUMUIATIVE REVOLVING
EQUIPMENT FUND.
2. Fund to be used for the purposes of:
a. Replacement of capitol outlay equipment as needed by
the Current Expense Departments upon proper application
and approvals;
b 0 UnantiCipated repairs and/or maintenance of Current
Expense Department equipment;
c. Purchase of necessary supplies for operating equipment
purchases until such time as it can be properly covered
by budget.
3. Proper application to be made at Preliminary Budget time and made
in a written narrative to the Board of County Commissioners
4. Proper approval to be made by County Resolution authorizing
specific purchase and specifications where sale price is in excess
of $1,000000 bid call willibe issued 0
50 Prosecuting Attorney will draw contract for equipment purchase/
supplies, purchase costs to be replaced in Jefferson County
Courthouse Cumulative Revolving Fund within the following three
calendar years 0 Repayment to include reasonable
interest.
