Exhange of Public Property Required for Right of Way

\.J'hereas, the previous resolution No. 100-79 ~JaS in error, in that property to
be exchanged with the Brinnon Church is now being exchanged with the Brinnon
Cemetery District; and
Whereas, the improvement of Jefferson County Road No. 70-0.53 requires certain
real property owned by the Brinnon Cemetery District, which has been deeded to
Jefferson County under Auditor's File No. 256917, a copy of which is attached; and
Whereas, Jefferson County is the owner of certain real property which is not
necessary to the future forseeable needs of the county, that property is described
in attachment "B"; and
Whereas, the procedure for exchange of real property with another governmental
agency is authorized by the laws of 1963, Ch. 4, (36.34.130), and
Whereas, the real property described in Resolution No. 100-79, attachment "B",
was never deeded to the Brinnon Church; now therefore,
It is hereby resolved that Jefferson County execute a quit claim deed of that
property described in attachment "B" to Brinnon Cemetery District in exchange for
the property conveyed to Jefferson County by quit claim deed under Auditor's File
No. 256917, a copy of which is attached.
And be it further resolved that Resolution No. 100-79 is hereby rescinded.
