RESOLUTION NO. 20-80
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION - CENTRAL SERVICES
INVENTORY CONTROL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did, on the 28th day of January, 1980, declare that an emergency existed
to provide additional funds for the Central Services Department in the
sum of $14,016.00, to be reimbursed by C.E.T.A., and set a hearing on
said emergency for Monday, February 4, 1980, at the hour of 10:30a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there lS hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County
Central Services Department budget the sum of $13,215.00, from the unen-
cumbered fund balance of Current Expense account No 501, to be reimbursed
through the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, to be used for
salaries and benefits for Inventory Control; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding
the gross amounts so appropriated unless a review is applied for within
five days from date hereof:
