RESOLUTION NO. 21-80
APPOINTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously
designated the Mental Health Professionals for Jefferson County as defined
by RCW 71.05.020(11); and
WHEREAS, staff changes within Jefferson County's Mental Health
Department necessitates reappointment of Mental Health Professionals to
deal with cases of actual and potential involuntary commitments under the
Mental Illness Act; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Judy Van Auken, Mr. Ruffin LeBrane, and
Mr. Michael Beers are hereby appointed as County Mental Health Professionals
joining the current staff of Mr. Steve Simon and Ms Annemarie Mende appoint-
ed as Mental Health Professionals by Resolution No. 80-75, dated November
21, 1975, and Resolution No. 73-77, dated October 10, 1977. Effective date
of appointment shall be January 1, 1980.
