RESOLUTION NO. 25 -80
CORRECTING KEPHART SHORT PLAT I, #S35-75
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County Planning
Department and the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners that a discrepancey exists
within the final plat of the Kephart Short Plat I; and
WHEREAS, this discrepancy was not discovered during normal administrative review
of this plat; and
WHEREAS, this discrepancy consists of the lack of portrayal of County Road No.
62-1.12 within the final plat; and
WHEREAS, location of the subject County road has been confirmed to exist.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the: Kephart Short Plat I be corrected as follows:
1. Correction be placed on a duplicate mYlar and filed with the Jefferson County
Auditor referencing this resolution.
2. Graphic portrayal of the location and identity of County Road No. 62-1.12 be made.
