RESOLUT10N NQ. 27-80
WHEREA,S, the 'l'reasurer desires to eliminate .fund No. 114
from the Treasurer's Office, and
WHEREAS, the funds held in .fund 114 are available only through
the office of the Erosecuting Attorney, and
WHEREAS, it seems more efficient to transmit the monies in
Fund 114 to the Prosecuting Attorney and to have those funds
placed in a trust account by the Prosecuting Attorney, Now,
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the Treasurer is authorized to transfer the monies in
Treasurer's Fund 114 to the Prosecuting Attorney and to
cancel that fund. The Prosecuting Attorney is authorized
to receive, hold and use monies allocated for the purposes
of fund 114. The said monies shall be placed in the
Prosecuting Attorney's controlled revolving account.
