RESOLUTION NO. 33-80
BUDGET TRANSFER & APPROPRIATION
JEFFERSON COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT NO.1
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Library District No. 1 has insufficient
funds at the present time to carryon the duties of the District; and
WHEREAS, the said District will be receiving tax monies to cover
all expenses incurred for the year 1980; and
WHEREAS, monies from Current Expense Fund #501 can be transferred
into the said Library District to offset the present deficiencies; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to transfer an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 from the unencum-
bered fund balance of Current Expense Fund No. 501 into Jefferson County
Library District No. 1 account. Total amount of monies requested and so
appropriated shall be reimbursed by the said Library District, plus a reason-
able interest rate of 8% will be charged on the total amount borrowed from
the Current Expense fund.
