RESOLUTION NO. . 39~80
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
Sheriff's Department
T,vHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 22nd day of April, 1980 declare that an emergency existed to
provide $1,500.00; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, April
28, 1980 at the hour of 2:30 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
no objection or objection interposed;
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED.by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County Sheriff
Department's budget the sum of $1,500.00 to be used for a Search & Rescue
Supply and Storage Trailer; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the attached accounts, not exceeding
days from date hereof.
