RESOLUTION NO. 43-80
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
Auditor's and Treasurer's Office
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 21st day of April, 1980 declare that an emergency existed to
provide $32,724.10; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, April
28, 1980, at the hour of 11:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County Auditor's
budget the sum of $9,665.7~ for Interfund Service Data Processing 514.26.52;
from the unemcombered fund balance of Current Expense account No. 501; and
for the Jefferson County Treasurer's budget the sum of $23,058.35 for Inter-
fund Services Data Processing 514.26.52 from the unencumbered fund balance
of Current Expense account No. 501; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the accounts, not exceeding the gross
amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five (5) days
from date hereof.
