ORDER OF VACATION
Lots and /or Blocks
R.C.W. 58.11
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of Lots and /or Blocks" sub-
mitted by Thomas 11. Peters, and it appearing to the Board of County Commis-
sioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time
and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication
being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced,
and being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that
the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

29, T 29 N, RIE, W.M. Parcel No. 976800067.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned provided that an easement
be granted at anytime for future cuts or fills along County right -of -way;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from comp-
ensation except costs incurred by various county departments for examination
and publication and recording fees.
