RESOLUTION NO. 64-80
ORDER OF VACATION
report and the County Planning
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted
by Loomis Miller, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted an published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Jefferson County Road 62-1.12
from the north boundary of Kephart Short Plat
#1 to the south boundary of tax lot #10.
Approximately 300 feet.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from compen-
sation requirements specfied under Ordinance No. 2-76, except for the
expenses incurred by the County for investigation, examination, publication,
and recording.
