RESOLUTION NO. 66-80
ORDER OF BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT
Jefferson County Housing Rehabilitation
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, Washing-
ton, did, on the 16th day of June, 1980, declare that an emergency existed
to establish a budget for the Jefferson County Housing Rehabilitation in the
sum of $247,918.00; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, June
23, 1980 at the hour of 11:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and no
objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby established, a new budget for the Jefferson
County Housing Rehabilitation in the amount of $247,918.00, to be reimbursed
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (DHUD) ,to be used in
rehabilitation of housing for moderate and low income families, and that fund
number will be l2~;
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the above account, not exceeding the
gross amount of the budget unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof.

NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 23rd day of June, 1980, at
the hour of 11:00 a.m., in the office of the Board of County
Commissioners, Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA 98368, has been set
for a hearing on the proposed establishment of a budget for the
Jefferson County Housing Rehabilitation in the sum of $247,918.00
reimbursable by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
Community Development Block Grant; and at said hearing, any
interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the
appropriation for such alleged emergency.
