RESOLUTION NO. 68-80
ORDER OF BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT
Public Transportation Feasibility Study
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, Washing-
ton, did, on the 16th day of June, 1980 delcare that an emergency existed
to establish a budget for the Public Transportation Feasibility Study in the
sum of $13,482.00; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, June
23, 1980 at the hour of 2:30 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two week in the
local newpaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and no
objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby established, a new budget for the Public Trans-
portation Feasibility Study in the amount of $13,482.00, to be reimbursed,
by the Washington State Department of Transportation, to be used to determine
the need for public transportation within Jefferson County, and that fund
number will be
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the above account, not exceeding the
gross amount of .the budget unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof.

publisher of the Port Towllsend Leader, a weekly
newspaper which has been established, published In the
English language and circulated continuously as a weekly
newspaper in the town of Port Townsend. in said County
and State. and for general circulation in said county tor
more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that the
said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th day ot June,
1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court
of said Jefferson County. and that annexed is a true copy
of the
Notice of Hearing
on the proposed establishment of a
budget for the Transportation Feas-
ibility Study for the sume of
$13,482.
as it appeared in the regular and entire issue of said paper
itself and not in a supplement thereot for a period 01

NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 23rd day of June, 1980,
at the hour of 2:30 p.m., in the Office of the Board of County
Commissioners', Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA 98368, has been
set for a hearing on the proposed establishment of a budget for
the Transportation Feasibility Study for the sum of $13,482.00
reimbursable by the Washington State Department of Transporta-
tion, to be used for the Transportation Feasibility Study; and
at said hearing any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard
for or against the appropriation for such alleged emergency.
