RESOLUTION NO. 6'1 -80
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Jefferson County Planning
Department and the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners that an error exists in
the legal description of the final plat of Jones Short Plat; and
WHEREAS, this error was not discovered during the normal administrative review of
this plat; and
WHEREAS, this error is an omition of part of the full legal description for the
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Jones Short Plat be amended as follows:
1. The corrections be placed on a duplicate mylar titled Jones Short Plat amended by
Commissioner's Resolution No. ~-80 and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor
referring this resolution.
2. Delete the wording, "... to the southerly line of State Highway 101 and Sno19127"W'
703.01 feet; and running ..."
3. Insert the wording, "... from the Northeast corner of said section, and Sno1912rH
703.01 feet to the true point of beginning of this survey, "
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1980.
