RESOLUTION NO. 74-~Q
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did, on the 23rd day of June, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to
provide additional funds for the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund in the
total sum of $130,000.00, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday,
July 7, 1980, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Equipment Rental
& Revolving Fund the sum of $130,000.00, from the unencumbered fund balance
of' the-Fquipnent'Bental'&cRevolvmg FtiIid", to be used appropriately; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding
the gross amounts so appropriated unless a review is applied for within
five days from date hereof:
592.00 "Stores"
595.00 "Machine Shop"
596.00 "Pits"
$60,000.00
20,000.00
50,000.00
