RESOLUTION NO. 75'...80
ORDER
Budget Appropriation ... County Clerk
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did,
on the 16th day of June, 1980, declare that an emergency existed to provide
additional funds for the County Clerk Department in the total sum of $2,840.00
and transfer within theClerk1s Budget the amount of $381.00; and set a
hearing on said emergency for Monday, July 7, 1980 at the hour of 10:30 a.m.;
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioenrs,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County
Clerk's Department the sum of $2,840.00, from the unencumbered fund balance
of Current Expense account No. 501, and transfer the sum of $381.00, all to
be used for salary and benefits for the new clerks position for balance of
1980; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, tha.t the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding
the gross amounts so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof:
