RESOLUTION NO. 77-80
DISTRIBUTION OF 1980 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT TAX
This Board of County Commissioners having been advised by
the County Treasurer of the receipt of a state warrant in the amount
of $8,206.32 in payment of the 1980 Public Utility District Privilege
Tax distributed by the Department of Revenue under the provisions of
RCW 54.28.050; now therefore,
Pursuant to the authority granted Boards of County Commis-
sioners under Section .090 of said Title, the County Treasurer shall
deposit said remittance of $8,206.32 to the credit of the following
taxing districts, as follows:
To School District No. 20 General Fund l7~ percent
of the whole thereof;
To School District No. 46 General Fund l7~ percent
of the whole thereof;
To the Jefferson County Current Expense Fund 65
percent of the whole thereof.
