RESOLUTION NO. 82-80
ESTABLISHING THE DATES OF 1981 BUDGET
SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW HEARINGS & FINAL ADOPTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.071, the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners have selected the alternate date of the first week in
December for final adoption of the Jefferson County Budget for 1981; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.010, the Jefferson County Auditor
has notified in writing each elective or appointive county official to file
with her on or before September 2, 1980, for submission by October 6, 1980,
an estimated budget for the ensuing fiscal year;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that each elective or appointive
county official shall file with the County Auditor an estimated budget for
1981 on or before September 2nd, for Auditor's submission to the Board of
County Commissioners by October 6th; that budget review hearings shall be
held between October 14th and November 26th; and that during the first week
in December (December 1st - 5th) the Jefferson County Budget for 1981 shall
be adopted.
