RESOLUTION NO. 84-80
ORDER
EXPENDITURE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
JEFFERSON COUNTY TRANSIT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 7th day of July, 1980, declare that it would be in the best interest
of Jefferson County to purchase radio communication equipment necessary for
the Public Transportation System for the amount of $1969.89 using funds
from the unencumbered fund balance of the Federal Revenue Sharing account,
and set a hearing on the said matter for Monday, July 21, 1980, at the hour
of lO:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of the said hearing was published in the local
newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for the said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the
Jefferson County Transportation budget the sum of $1969.89, from the unen-
cumbered fund balance of Federal Revenue Sharing account No. 501, to be
used for the purchase of radio communication equipment; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the said account, not exceeding the
gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.

newspaper which has been established, published In the
English language and circulated continuously as a weekly
newspaper In the town of Port TownSend, In said County
and State, and for general clrculatlon 11'1 said county for
more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first
publication of the Notice hereto allached, and that the
said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th day of June,
1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court
