RESOLUTION NO. 85-80
ORDER TO VACATE
report and the County Planning Department's report
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the
vacation set forth in Resolution No. 73-80, "Intent to Vacate", and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by
the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
ALL that portion of the 60 foot dedicated
right-of-way running through Lot 16 (Tax
No. 27), a distance of approximately 270
feet, of the Plat of Olsen and Hambleton's
Addiiton to Port Hambletonl as per plat
recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on Page 117,
records of Jefferson County;
PROVIDED: that portion of Lot 16 as follows:
the easterly 60 feet of said Lot; and
that portion of Lot 15 as follows: begin-
ning at the SE corner of said Lot, thence
West 60 feet, thence on a straight line in
a northeasterly direction to the NE corner
of said Lot, thence back to the point of
beginning be conveyed to the County by
Deed;
be and
SEAL:
the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
